By displaying your hotel details and offers through www.saleinthailand.com (Company), the Accommodation Provider (Supplier) agrees to the Terms and Conditions as set out in the Supplier Agreement which has been signed by both parties. Following is a summary of the key terms and conditions from the Supplier Agreement.

1. The Supplier agrees to keep the displayed hotel information accurate and up to date. The Supplier bears sole responsibility for the accuracy and validity of all hotel information.

2. The rates entered must be based on per room per night and shall represent genuine 'last minute' offers.

3. The Company accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss or damage caused to the Supplier by inaccurate information supplied by the Supplier and displayed on the website and the Supplier agrees to indemnify the Company.

4. The Supplier agrees to honour all bookings made through the Company website - www.saleinthailand.com (Website) and all partner sites.

5. The Company reserves the right to refuse the display of any supplier's details or offers without prior consent or notification.

6. The Supplier agrees that the password is given to the designated staff in complete confidence. This must not be disclosed to any other party without prior written consent from the Company.

7. The Company will take no responsibility for any loss or damage direct or otherwise arising out of or connected with any unauthorised use of the Supplier's login details.

8. The Company will provide technical and marketing support to the Supplier in relation to the Website as reasonably required.

9. The Company will collect the commission from the guest at the time of booking through the Website. The balance will be payable to the Supplier by the guest during their stay. The commission amount is the agreed amount as stated in the Supplier Agreement.

10. The Supplier must attach a copy of the voucher issued by the Company with the guest's signature in order to claim and receive payment.

11. The Supplier agrees to retain evidence of the guest registration for a period of at least six months from the date of the booking.
